Hasan Sukkar Resigns as CEO of 11x, CTO Prabhav Jain Takes Over

Hasan Sukkar, the founder and now former CEO of AI startup 11x, has stepped down from his role, according to a LinkedIn post. Sukkar will assume the position of non-executive chairman, collaborating with newly appointed CEO Prabhav Jain—formerly 11x’s CTO—on strategic planning and market expansion. Sukkar expressed a passion for early-stage company building and acknowledged that leadership transitions can benefit long-term growth.

The leadership shift comes amid prior controversies for 11x, including accusations in March 2025 that the company displayed logos of non-active clients on its site, with at least one company threatening legal action. Additionally, sources cited product performance concerns and challenges with customer retention. Employee accounts described the workplace environment as demanding.

Despite these setbacks, 11x has raised over $70 million in funding, including a $24 million Series A led by Benchmark’s Sarah Tavel and a $50 million Series B led by Andreessen Horowitz. Both investors publicly reaffirmed their confidence in the startup. A company spokesperson framed the leadership change as a strategic move to align with 11x’s evolution from a single-product company to a broader platform serving numerous go-to-market teams.

The company sees this transition as part of its growth journey, aiming to strengthen operations and scale more effectively under new leadership.
