Arc presenta el Arc Coast, un barco eléctrico más asequible para 2026

Electric boat startup Arc has unveiled its most affordable and accessible model yet: the Arc Coast. Priced at $168,000, this new 24-foot electric boat is aimed at a broader market compared to its predecessors, the $300,000 Arc One and the $268,000 Arc Sport. Deliveries are expected to begin in 2026. The Arc Coast adopts a ‘center console’ design, popular among fishing enthusiasts, which allows for better movement around the deck. It can carry up to 10 passengers and is powered by the same 226kWh battery used in the Arc Sport. This battery enables the boat to run for 4–5 hours and reach speeds up to 50 mph, depending on usage. While the Arc Coast retains the high-quality construction of earlier models, it differentiates itself through its more versatile layout and refined user interface. The center console features minimalist yet informative software displays, continuing Arc’s focus on a seamless user experience. In addition to launching new recreational models, Arc is also developing an electric tugboat for use at the Port of Los Angeles, furthering its goal of electrifying all types of watercraft. With benefits like no emissions, reduced noise, and lower maintenance compared to gas-powered boats, the Arc Coast may appeal to eco-conscious buyers despite its premium price.
