Autopsy Reveals No Trauma in French Streamer’s Death, Likely Medical or Toxicological Cause

An autopsy into the death of French streamer Raphaël Graven, known online as Jean Pormanove, has ruled out trauma as the cause of death. Graven, 46, was found dead in his residence in Contes, France, on Monday, sparking a judicial investigation into his death. French minister Clara Chappaz described it as an ‘absolute horror.’ Prosecutor Damien Martinelli stated that there were no signs of external or internal trauma, such as burns or injuries, only a few bruises and healed lesions. Forensic doctors suggested the cause of death could be medical or toxicological in nature, with further tests ordered. It’s possible Graven had a heart issue in addition to his thyroid treatment. Local media reported that the streamer had been enduring episodes of violence and sleep deprivation during his live streams, and his death occurred during a live broadcast. The investigation is ongoing, with interviews conducted with individuals present at the time and equipment seized for further analysis. The streaming platform Kick has also said it is reviewing the circumstances surrounding the incident.
