Key Features Expected in the Upcoming iPhone 17 Pro Models

Apple is set to release the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max models in late September 2025. These devices are expected to feature significant changes compared to previous models. One of the main updates is a shift from titanium to aluminum for the frame, marking a return to a more classic material. The iPhone 17 Pro will also introduce a new ‘part-aluminum, part-glass’ back design. Users can look forward to a matte anti-reflective display, which may resemble the nano-texture glass seen in other Apple products like the iMac. Additionally, the Dynamic Island interface is rumored to undergo a redesign and could even be smaller in size. A new orange/copper color option is expected alongside the more traditional dark blue. In terms of performance, the iPhone 17 Pro will be powered by the new A19 Pro chip, built on TSMC’s 3nm process, along with 12GB of RAM, offering improved power efficiency and multitasking capabilities. Battery life is another area of improvement, especially for the Pro Max model, which is anticipated to come with a larger, more durable battery.
