Apple Prepares Minor MacBook Pro Refresh with M5 Chips

These processors will continue to use TSMC’s 3nm N3P manufacturing process, similar in performance to the iPhone 17’s A19 series. Current MacBook Pro models, especially the M4 versions, remain a strong choice for buyers due to improved displays, Center Stage webcams, and high performance. Deals on existing models, such as the 14-inch M4 starting at $1299, provide good alternatives for those not in a hurry to upgrade.
