Finalists Announced for VivaTech’s 2025 Innovation of the Year Award

The selection was made from a pool of 30 standout startups known for their creative and scalable solutions to global challenges. The five chosen companies are BeyondMath, Chipiron, Enerdrape, Hua Tech International, and Lumisync. Each brings a distinct innovation—from AI-driven real-time physics simulation and accessible MRI technology, to non-invasive geothermal heating, cancer diagnostics through microfluidics, and photonic synchronization for data centers.

These startups will present their pitches live on June 11, 2025, followed by a Q&A with industry experts. The winner, to be announced on June 12, will receive recognition, a free booth at VivaTech 2026, and a spot in TechCrunch’s Startup Battlefield 200. Additionally, the event will honor other awards such as the Female Founder Challenge, Africatech Awards, the Next Startupper Challenge, and the Tech For Change Award. Each recognizes innovation and impact across health, sustainability, and social transformation.
