Asus Vivobook Pro 15: Affordable Creator Laptop with Performance Limitations

The Asus Vivobook Pro 15 is a budget-friendly creator laptop that offers solid gaming performance and an excellent OLED display, but it falls short in a few areas. Priced at $1,500, it features a dated 16:9 aspect ratio display, poor battery life, and a design that feels outdated. While the laptop performs decently in tasks like video editing and gaming, its battery drains quickly due to the power-hungry OLED screen and hardware. The display’s 2,880 x 1,620-pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate provide sharp visuals, making it ideal for content creators, but it lacks the modern 16:10 aspect ratio seen in newer models. The Vivobook Pro 15 comes with Intel Core Ultra 9 285H, an RTX 4050 GPU, 24GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage, offering solid performance for creators and gamers alike. However, its price tag of $1,500 makes it difficult to justify, especially considering cheaper alternatives with similar specifications. Despite its strengths, this laptop may not be the best value in its class, particularly with newer, more powerful models expected soon.
