In-Depth Review of the DJI Mavic 4 Pro: Features, Flight Capabilities, and Availability

DJI’s latest flagship drone, the Mavic 4 Pro, brings powerful advancements in camera technology, flight capabilities, and design. With three cameras, including a 4/3 sensor capable of 100 MP photos and 6K video at 60 fps, the drone is built for professional-quality aerial filmmaking. It boasts significant improvements over its predecessor, including better flight time (51 minutes), quieter operation, and enhanced anti-collision systems with new Lidar sensors. However, the Mavic 4 Pro is not yet available in the U.S., due to ongoing regulatory concerns, leaving consumers uncertain about its availability. The drone also features an upgraded controller, with a larger, brighter screen and automatic power-on. Despite its hefty price tag, the Mavic 4 Pro offers exceptional value for those who need its advanced features. Although its larger size may come with flight restrictions, it’s well-suited for serious content creators. The only hurdle remains its unclear timeline for release in the U.S., amid market uncertainties and the ongoing tariff situation.
