Topco Scientific Expects Steady Growth as Semiconductor Industry Recovers in 2025
Topco Scientific Co. (TSC), a prominent supplier of materials for the semiconductor and optoelectronics industries, forecasts a gradual recovery in the global chip market throughout 2025. Company chairman Jeffery Pan reported a noticeable increase in 7nm wafer input from major clients, indicating renewed demand as the sector rebounds from recent downturns. CEO Dennis Chen and managing director Charles Lee also expressed optimism, citing growing demand for photoresist materials and advanced packaging components.
Topco’s strategic focus remains on high-performance materials used in advanced semiconductor nodes and packaging technologies. The company has seen a strong uptick in orders from Chinese foundries, and its affiliate TQP has committed its entire new plant capacity to support TSMC’s cutting-edge 3nm processes.
