Dragon Tiny Homes Unveils Redesigned Kemi Tiny House for Up to Four Occupants
Dragon Tiny Homes has introduced a redesigned version of its Kemi tiny house for 2025, offering improved comfort and space efficiency. Built on a 20-foot double-axle trailer, the Kemi features Scandinavian-inspired design, with standing seam metal siding and wooden accents. The home’s compact 160 sq ft (15 sq m) interior is optimized for short- or medium-term stays, making it suitable for vacation rentals or guest accommodation rather than full-time living. The entrance opens into a basic kitchen equipped with essential appliances and cabinetry, while the main multipurpose room serves as both a living and sleeping area, featuring a foldaway Murphy bed, a sofa with integrated storage, and a wall-mounted TV. Comfort is ensured with an electric fireplace, ceiling fan, and mini-split air conditioning. The bathroom includes a shower, flushing toilet, and innovative deep shelving that slides out for easy access. An optional loft, accessible by a removable ladder, provides a snug secondary sleeping space that can accommodate a queen-sized bed. The 2025 Kemi model, starting at $50,000, replaces its predecessor and is now available for order, with build times estimated upon purchase.
