AOC AG277UX 27-inch Monitor Offers 4K at 160Hz or Full HD at 320Hz with HDR Support
AOC has introduced the AG277UX, a 27-inch gaming monitor that balances high resolution with rapid refresh rates. The display can operate in two modes: 4K resolution at 160 Hz or Full HD resolution at 320 Hz, the latter catering to competitive gamers who prioritize speed over pixel count. The monitor features a Fast IPS panel capable of 600 cd/m² peak brightness for HDR content, a 1ms gray-to-gray response time, and an effective MPRT mode that doubles perceived response speed. According to AOC, the panel fully covers the sRGB color space with a Delta E deviation of less than 2 out-of-the-box, though the device is not intended for highly color-critical professional work. Connectivity options include HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.1, and a USB 3.0 hub for peripherals. Additional features include a fold-out headset hook, dual input display, and a virtual screen resizing option that reduces the effective screen size to 24.5 inches. Price and availability are yet to be announced. This monitor aims to combine versatility for both immersive 4K gaming and fast-paced competitive gameplay.
