Xiaomi’s AI Glasses Gain Traction Among Early Adopters in China
Xiaomi has entered the growing AI glasses market in China, drawing attention for their hands-free features, including first-person video recording and AI-driven functionalities. Early users have praised the glasses for their convenience in hands-free photography and videography, particularly in situations like cycling. A user in Beijing shared that they were able to capture a video while cycling through the Hutongs by simply using the voice command ‘start recording’ with Xiaomi’s AI assistant, XiaoAI. Photographers have also enjoyed the unique perspective provided by the glasses’ first-person shooting angle. However, while the glasses have generated excitement, users have also pointed out areas for improvement, such as missing features that could enhance their functionality. Xiaomi’s strong supply chain and ecosystem make the glasses an attractive option for tech enthusiasts, but experts suggest there’s still room for growth in future iterations of the product.
