By making electric vehicles more affordable and developing financial products that reduce risks, the transition to clean transportation could be achieved, benefiting both the environment and local economies. Governments must provide clear policies to support the industry, such as tax exemptions and incentives for low-income buyers, to ensure widespread adoption across Africa.
