ManageMy raises $45 million to expand insurance technology platform

ManageMy, a technology company serving the global insurance industry, has secured $45 million in funding, including $20 million in a Series B round. The investment was led by Ventura Capital and OCVC, the investment vehicle of Zilch co-founder Sean O’Connor, and also included backing from BNF and other strategic investors connected to the insurance sector. ManageMy provides insurers with tools to sell, service, underwrite, and manage policies, offering a scalable and enterprise-grade platform designed to support growth and modernization. The new capital will accelerate the company’s expansion into new markets, strengthen its presence in North America, and support investments in AI-driven functions and product development. CEO and co-founder Stephen Collins highlighted that this funding validates ManageMy’s vision of an intelligent and integrated insurance operating model. Ventura Capital’s managing partner Mo El Husseiny emphasized the platform’s strategic value in modernizing an industry that has lagged behind other financial sectors in digital transformation. Ventura Capital and OCVC also led the company’s Series A round two years ago, showing continued confidence in ManageMy’s growth trajectory.
