OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE 5 Expected to Launch in India on July 8 with Mid-Range Specs

OnePlus is preparing to expand its mid-range smartphone lineup with the anticipated launch of the OnePlus Nord 5 and OnePlus Nord CE 5. According to Indian tech tipster Yogesh Brar, the launch may happen on July 8, although this date remains unofficial and the original source tweet has since been deleted. The devices are rumored to be rebranded versions of OnePlus’ recent China-exclusive models: the Ace 5 Ultra and Ace 5 Racing Edition.

The OnePlus Nord 5 is expected to feature a flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution, MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400e chipset, and a 50MP main camera with OIS paired with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. It may also come with a 16MP front camera and a large 6,650mAh battery supported by 80W fast charging. The estimated price is around Rs 30,000.

The Nord CE 5, on the other hand, could offer a 6.7-inch FHD OLED display, Dimensity 8350 chipset, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. Its camera setup is similar, with a 50MP main and 8MP ultra-wide sensor, along with a 16MP front-facing camera. It’s expected to start at Rs 25,000.

As of now, OnePlus has not officially confirmed the launch date or specifications.
