Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7: What We Know So Far About Its Launch and Features

Samsung’s highly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold 7 is set to launch in India by mid-July 2025, with several new features and improvements over its predecessors. The device will feature a triple-camera setup, including a new 200-megapixel main sensor, and will likely offer enhancements in AI-powered photography. The foldable smartphone will retain a similar design to its predecessor but is expected to introduce a bigger 8-inch internal foldable display and a 6.5-inch cover screen. One of the key highlights is the improved durability of the main display, which may even eliminate the crease. The device is also expected to be slimmer and more robust, though exact specifications haven’t been revealed. Battery life is expected to remain similar to previous models, with a 4,400mAh battery supporting 25W wired and 15W wireless charging. The Z Fold 7 will be available in storage options starting at 256GB, with 512GB and 1TB variants also offered. Prices for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 are expected to begin at around Rs 1,64,999, with the Galaxy Z Flip 7 priced at Rs 1,09,999. The official reveal will take place during Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event in mid-July.
