Leaked Specifications for Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, and Z Flip 7 FE Revealed Ahead of Launch
With just two days to go before Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event, several leaks have surfaced revealing important details about the upcoming foldable devices: the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, and the Z Flip 7 FE. These leaks include information on the devices’ screen sizes, battery capacities, storage options, and camera features. According to Roland Quandt from WinFuture, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be thinner and lighter than its predecessors, with an unfolded thickness of 4.2mm and a folded thickness of 8.9mm, making it the lightest book-style foldable at 216 grams. It will feature an 8-inch main display and a 6.5-inch exterior display, with a 4,400mAh battery. The phone will also have a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a 200MP main camera. The Z Flip 7, on the other hand, will sport a larger 4.1-inch cover display that wraps around the dual camera lenses, similar to the recent Motorola Razr. It will also come with a 4,300mAh battery and feature a 50MP main camera. The Z Flip 7 FE, a more budget-friendly option, will feature a smaller 4,000mAh battery and reduced storage options of 128GB and 256GB. The Z Flip 7 FE will also adopt the new cover display design, with only black and white color options. Along with these phones, marketing materials for the Galaxy Watch 8 and Watch 8 Classic, featuring a new squircle design, have also leaked. The rumored trifold foldable, however, may only be teased but is not expected to be fully revealed at the event.
